Is adoption the only recourse?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Answers:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CC:<\/strong> Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 maintenant, en presence d\u2019un birth certificate ne mentionnant qu\u2019un parent, il \u00e9tait necessaire d\u2019\u00e9tablir la filiation d\u2019intention par la procedure en France d\u2019adoption de l\u2019enfant du conjoint. Toutefois en dehors des cas d\u2019urgence, si les autorit\u00e9s consulaires devraient accepter d\u2019\u00e9mettre le passeport, il conviendra de pr\u00e9voir une dur\u00e9e d\u2019environ 3 semaines. It would declare that you are the parents and that the surrogate is not a parent and, it would order the Registrar to issue the birth certificates accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Question:<\/strong>&nbsp;Nous n&rsquo;avons pas l&rsquo;original du Surrogacy order. The travel ban was issued on March 14.
